I did not get a written estimate (I should have demanded one, but I didn't...my bad.). I had to pay 50% in advance, to get then to do the job. Although they estimated two days for the job, it only took them one. They removed "major" debris, but they did not clean-up, leaving a thick coat of dirt and sawdust all over the floor.
Had built the house 10yrs ago, and added on to the house, so we needed the same Mannington wood floor to match.
